• What is Mesh Count: The mesh count refers to the number of threads per inch. A higher mesh count (e.g., 230 or 305) has more threads per inch therefore the holes are smaller making it better for designs with finer details and thinner inks. Lower Mesh counts (e.g., 110 or 156) have less threads per inch therefore more space between the threads, larger holes which are used for thicker inks and designs with less detail.
