Product Features:

1. Material:

   • The straight, cylindrical surface allows for easy application of designs, usually measuring about 7.5" x 7" for full wrap designs.

Sublimation Process:

1. Design Creation: Use graphic design software to create a High-Resolution artwork, ensuring it fits within the printable dimensions.
2. Printing: Print the design onto sublimation paper using sublimation ink and a compatible printer. Recommended printers such as: Epson F-Series, F170 and F570 Sub Printers.
3. Transfer: Place the design on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape.
4. Heat Press: Use a mug press to apply heat and pressure, typically at 380-400°F (190-204°C) for 60 sec.
5. Cooling: Allow the Metal Tumbler to cool before removing the transfer paper to reveal the finished design.
