Vastex AirFlash Cure Unit
The Vastex AirFlash™ Flash Cure Unit combines infrared heating with forced air to cure the ink while cooling the garment to avoid shrinkage, melting and burning of Nylon, polyester, Dazzle cloth, Spandex and other heat-sensitive fabrics.
It features a 140 cfm (238 m 3 /h) blower with filtered air intake that can distribute clean, heated air uniformly across delicate fabrics such as nylon. For flashing of regular fabrics, the air flow can be diverted to cool the outer skin.
Adjustable FORCED AIR System designed to protect delicate fabrics during Flash Curing or both Plastisol and Waterbase inks. Speeds the drying time for Waterbase & Discharge inks 5x faster than regular Flash units.
