Vastex EconoRed II Conveyor Dryers

EconoRed II Conveyor Dryers - Vastex Econored II line of Conveyor Dryers are available in 30" inch wide belts, designed to cure garments screen-printed with Plastisol, Waterbase and Discharge inks at higher speeds than standard conveyors in the market.

Model: ER-II-30 with 30" inch (76 cm) wide belt and is equipped with (2) two 24" inch (61 cm) wide heaters, Digital Temperature controller with belt speed adjustment, Heater height adjustment and independent heater controls. Included with a powerful Exhaust blower motor situated on the top of the unit to vent out fumes and heat.

Optional accessories:

- Conveyor Air Bar(Rear Mounted) for cooling down garments as they exit the heat chamber
- Conveyor Extensions(Including belt) expand your conveyor production capability by adding on extensions of 1.5'ft and up to 3'ft long.
- Exhaust Hood(Rear Mounted) helps to exhaust fumes and heat to keep your work area confutable.

Conveyor Extensions can be easily installed in your Infeed or Outfeed of the dryer and will help increase your production.
