WM All Purpose Inks (AP)

WM (AP) All Purpose Colors - are all-purpose Plastisol inks designed for printing directly on 100% White substrates or for over-printing onto flashed white. They have great Build-up resistant, a wide standard color range and are excellent for automatic and manual printing.

Our Plastisol inks are Non-Phthalate Certified and in compliance with C.P.S.A., Tittle 16, Part 1303 and Federal Hazardous Substance Act Part 16 of Lead Content and certain phthalate plasticizers.

PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Substrates: Lights and Dark 100% cotton
Mesh count: 110-160ct, for higher detail: 125-230ct
Squeegee: 70d-75d Medium Blade
Flashing Temp: 230°F @ 10sec
Full Cure Temp: 320°F @ 30-45sec

Modifiers & Extenders:

We recommend to stir/mix thoroughly first to determine if modification is necessary.
* Additions greater than 20% (by weight) will affect opacity/coverage.

Curing tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.
