Waterbase NA6940 Clear Conc.

NA6940 Clear Concentrate - is a concentrated additive used when mixing a Waterbase RTU Base, it provides a Matte finish ink. It's designed for blending or diluting with other components to achieve desired viscosity. It may enhance adhesion and provides the ability to print on specific substrates, such as paper, cardboard, and Textiles.

Waterbase NA7480 Retarder

WB Retarder NA7480- mix 1-5% by weight in to ink to help extend the open time and keep the product from clogging in the screen. 35% humidity or above in your shop will also help extend the open time of waterbase inks.

Waterbase NA7120 Conc. Softener

WB Conc. Softener NA7120- is a silicone softener that helps the hand of a print. You can also blend in to waterbase inks at 10% to act as a foil release agent. WB Softener mixed at 20% into water also makes an excellent cleaning solution for cleaning your waterbase inks from the screens

Waterbase NA7450 Pretreat additive

WB Pretreat Additive NA7450- Mix 2-3% to help with wash fastness. WB Fixer also lowers the cure temperature to 250°F/120°C. Note to user: shelf life of the ink is roughly 24 hours once mixed.

Waterbase NA6922 Binder FF Additive

WB Binder FF NA6922- Additive acts as a catalyst to enhance adhesion to fabric, mix at 1-3% to help reduce the viscosity and penetrate the ink into the fabric.

Waterbase NA6950 Thickener

WB Thickener NA6950- Mix at 0.25-1% by weight to raise the viscosity and help hold your dot for halftone printing. Be sure to use a high-speed mixer when adding this product into your ink.

Waterbase NA7226 Dispersant

WB Dispersant NA7226- Water-based dispersant is an additive used to improve the dispersion and stability of pigments in water-based inks mixing. WB Dispersant prevents particles from clumping together by electrostatic or steric repulsion. Dispersant additive also reduces viscosity for better flow and application.
