Waterbase Mixing Bases

SpectraChem Waterbase Bases & Additives - high-quality water-based printing inks and coatings used in various printing applications, including Screen Printing on various textiles materials. Water-based inks are designed for eco-friendliness, offering a safer alternative to PVC, Solvent-based & Plastisol inks while meeting the demands of sustainability and regulatory compliance. These inks can be used for printing on paper, cardboard and white & light-colored Cotton materials.

Waterbase Mixing Base- create your own waterbase colors by mixing 20-25% of Waterbase Pigments. Compatible with WB Standard and Fluo/Neon pigments to mix (RTU) Ready to Use waterbase screen printing inks.

-Recommended fabrics: 100% Cotton, Poly Blends & Towels
-Color fabrics: White & Light-colored T-Shirts

-Recommended mesh: 110-160ct mesh
-Curing requirements: 300F at 2-3min

RQ100 Silver Metallic Base
Waterbase Metallic Silver Base- use as a metallic silver ink or create your very own metallic special color by mixing 15-20% of Waterbase Pigment. Because waterbase metallic inks penetrate more into the garment, they offer a softer texture than Plastisol Metallic inks.

-Recommended fabrics: 100% Cotton & Polyester Blends
-Color fabrics: Dark & Light-colored T-Shirts

-Recommended mesh: 110-160ct mesh
-Curing requirements: 300F at 2-3min

NP3900 Padding Binder (Tie-Dye Base)

Waterbase Padding Binder- is a Base used to create TIE-DYE effect on T-Shirts & Fabrics. Tie-Dye ink penetrates well into the garment providing a sublimated effect. Easy to use, simply mix your waterbase concentrated pigment at 15-20% to the Tie-Dye base, tie your garment to create the pattern and cure at 300F for 2-3min or simply hang to dry for 24hrs (avrg. Temp 70-80F)

-Recommended fabrics: 100% Cotton
-Color fabrics: White & Light-colored T-Shirts

-Curing requirements w/Conveyor dryer: 300F at 2-3min
-Curing requirements Hand to Dry: 24-36hrs (avrg Temp: 70-90F
