ALUMINUM FRAMES

Our Aluminum frames are popular because they are durable, lightweight, and resistant to warping compared to wooden frames. We keep a wide range of Mesh counts and stock sizes available for immediate delivery. Frame thickness are: 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" for the 20x24OD and 1.5" x 1.5" for 23x31OD with mesh selection from 40ct up to 355ct quality high tension fabric mesh.

Durability – Unlike wooden frames, aluminum does not warp over time due to moisture and constant use.
Lightweight – Easier to handle, especially for larger screens.
Consistent Tension – Holds screen tension better over time, leading to more precise prints.
Easy to Clean – More resistant to chemicals during the reclaim process.
Long Lifespan – Should the mesh is damaged; aluminum frames can be sent in for Re-Meshing.
