HTV Heat Transfer FLOCK

Flock - Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a type of heat transfer vinyl with a soft, velvety texture that gives designs a raised, fuzzy, and tactile look. Unlike regular HTV, which has a smooth finish, flock vinyl is made by embedding tiny fibers onto the surface of the material, creating a plush, suede-like texture.

Application:

Like any other heat transfer vinyl, FLOCK HTV is applied using a heat press transfer unit.

1. Cutting: Cut the Flock vinyl in MIRROR with a plotter/cutter machine ( SISER Romeo / Silhouette Cameo ).
2. Weeding: Remove the excess vinyl around your design using a weeding tool.
3. Heat Press: Position your design on the garment, cover it with a protective sheet, and press

Recommended TIME & TEMP for Flock HTV :
Temp: 310F (160C) - Time: 10sec. - PEEL: COLD
