LR-X1D Vastex LittleRed Digital Dryers

Vastex LittleRed X1-D models are Digital Dryers equipped to output of the most popular (DTG) Direct to Garment printing systems. Its heating chamber has a BOOST Zone to quickly reach cure temperatures for Inkjet, Water-based and Discharge Inks. Also, designed for curing (DTF) Direct to Film TPU Poder Adhesives. The modular design allows for expandability to easily add chambers and conveyor length as production needs increase.

Available in 3 sizes designed for your production:

LittleRed® X1D-18 with an 18 in. (46 cm) wide conveyor belt has a heating chamber the full width of the belt. Can cure Digital White Ink at rates up to 34 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 81 garments/hr. with Water-based or Discharge inks. Will cure up to 162 garments per hour with regular plastisol inks.

LittleRed X1D-30 is equipped with 30" inches of belt width x 48"inches (122 cm) long conveyor length is offered with (1) Heater chamber 4,050watts to cure up to 160 prints/hr *plastisol, 80 prints/hr of Waterbase/Discharge inks & 34 prints/hr DTG Prints.

The all-new multi-purpose LittleRed XD Digital infrared dryer cures Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed textiles as well as plastisol, water-based and discharge-printed garments at higher rates than possible with conventional dryer designs.

Equipped with a high-powered pre-heating zone that rockets ink temperatures past 300°F (149ºC) within the first several inches of conveyor travel, maximizing the distance and dwell time for optimum curing of any ink.
